Se ha basado el ejercicio que nos ha ocupado este cuatrimestre en hacer un énfasis especial en el proceso proyectual, buscando sacarnos de cualquier forma de trabajo habitual para sumergirnos en métodos alternativos que partiendo de conceptos básicos, permite ir introduciendo paulatinamente factores que vayan enriqueciendo el proyecto, sacándolo de su ensimismamiento inicial para adaptarlo a los factores geográficos y de situación en un espacio urbano definido por lógicas completamente independientes de las tomadas como punto de partida del proyecto.
Estas lógicas se han ido entrecruzando y contaminando hasta superponerse de forma física y formal en el nuevo volumen. Tomando la luz como punto de partida, se han ido añadiendo otras lógicas como la del agua, debido al paso del Acueducto de la Vanne, la ruptura de los límites entre interior y exterior, sumergido y emergido, y ante todo devolver al conjunto la unidad que en su origen tenía.
En este proceso la evolución entre los diferentes estadios o fases del proyecto ha buscado solucionar algún problema surgido en los estadios anteriores, ampliándose y mejorándose la propuesta paso a paso, evitando cometer los mismos errores sucesivamente, dentro de la inexactitud que el propio método seguido contiene en si mismo. De este modo se ha intentado evitar el arrastre y lastre en el proyecto de problemas surgidos de la falta de seguridad sobre el método aparecidos en la cartografía inicial.
En su estadio final el proyecto ha buscado reorganizar y reunificar el funcionamiento de la Cité Universitaire creando un contrapeso al pabellón internacional, que disperse las actividades reintegrando en el campus la zona oeste, segregada desde la construcción del Boulevard Peripherique.
There has been based the exercise that us has occupied this four-month period in doing a special emphasis in the project processl, seeking to extract us of any form of habitual work to submerge in alternative methods that departing from basic concepts, it allows to introduce gradually factors that are enriching the project, extracting it of its initial absorption to adapt it to the geographical and situation factors in an urban space defined by logics completely independent from the seizures as point of item of the project.
These logics have been interbreeding and contaminating up to be superposing of physical and formal form in the new volume. Taking the light as a point of game, other logics have been added as that of the water, due to the step of the Aqueduct of the Vanne, the break of the limits between interior and exterior, plunged and emerged, and first of all to return to the set the unit that in its origin had.
In this process the evolution between the different stadiums or phases of the project has sought to solve some problem arisen in the previous stadiums, being extended and the offer being improved stepwise, avoiding to commit the same mistakes successively, inside the inaccuracy that the proper followed method contains in if same. Thus one has tried to avoid the dragging and ballast in the project of problems arisen from the safety mistake on the method appeared in the initial cartography.
In its final stadium the project has sought to reorganize and to reunify the functioning of the Cité Universitaire creating a counterweight to the international pavilion, which disperses the activities restoring in the campus the zone west, segregated since the construction of the Boulevard Peripherique.
